Here you can send questions, book visits, upload documents and receive feedback from our specialists.
Short guide for new users
- Enter your complete and accurate credentials in the contact form when you contact us for the first time or if you contact us without logging in.
- After the first contact, you will be able to log in with your credentials to:
- Read the answer to your first request
- Send questions and attach documents
- Book digital meetings
- Receive feedback from our specialists
- Follow your timeline
In case of acute symptoms
Aurum Health does not offer emergency assistance. If you have acute symptoms, follow the appropriate directions based on where you are:
- If you are in Sweden: call or visit 1177 or go to the nearest emergency room (akutmottagning).
- If you are elsewhere: call the local emergency number or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
Urgent care must always be handled by physical emergency services in the country where you are.
2. Prices, payment and booking conditions
Aurum Health offers a clear and transparent pricing structure for digital specialist care and expert medical support.
Payment is made directly at the time of booking and we accept most debit and credit cards.
Private health insurance may reimburse your expenses, depending on the agreement you have with them. This process is handled directly between you and the insurance company. Aurum Health does not maintain contact with insurance companies.
Booking conditions for digital visits
- At the time of booking, a fee of 150 SEK is included in the total price. This fee is non-refundable.
- If the visit is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the remaining amount (i.e. total fee minus the booking fee above) will be refunded.
- There is no refund for cancellations made later or no-shows.
