Aurum Health offers digital specialist care and expert medical support with a clear and transparent pricing structure. All contacts take place through our digital platform and no referral letter is required to get started.
At the time of booking a digital visit or consultation there is a booking fee of 150 SEK, included in the total price. The fee is not refundable. In case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the visit, the rest of the amount will be refunded.

Digital specialist care

First digital meeting with a specialist.
Fees: 990 SEK
First visit for couples – 60 min
Digital meeting for couples, for example for questions about fertility or shared treatments.
Fees: 1500 SEK
Follow-up visit – 20 min
Follow-up meeting to monitor treatment, test results or symptoms.
Fees: 600 SEK
Fast Track – no video visit
Quick review of selected symptoms or questions, with possible prescription.
Fees: 300 SEK

- Medical evaluation by a specialist physician

Important
- Complete prescriptions, referrals and medical evaluations can only be provided as part of a paid service.
- Fast Track is only available for selected questions and when the medical criteria are met.
- If Fast Track is not appropriate, you will be offered a digital consultation.
Expert medical support
Expert counseling to help you decipher your health data, test results and medical records, as well as providing you with guidance on the next steps in your treatment path or in the relationship with other healthcare professionals.
Consultation – digital meeting, 30 min
Review and advice on specific questions and targeted documentation.
Fees: 990 SEK
In-depth analysis or project assignments
In-depth review and advice of pre-existing clinical data or documentation, with possible summary or generation of analytical reports.
Fees: from 1,500 SEK/hour or quote based on the complexity of the request.
Additional services
- Certificates and declarations – e.g. sick leave certificates, insurance, driver’s license
- Additional data review – for new material after consultation
- In-depth report – written summary of your data
- Support for self-referral/prescription – help in the formulation and structure of the documentation

External services
Physical visits, instrumental and laboratory examinations, when necessary, are booked separately at external facilities or operators. We can often provide assistance in choosing or direct you through our partners for the most complex visits.

Fees: established and managed directly by the external operator.
Financing & payment
Aurum Health is a private digital medical care provider based in Sweden. The costs are covered by the patient, but you might get reimbursed by your private health insurance if your insurer covers your fees. In this case, the management of the reimbursement takes place directly between you and the insurance company, without any involvement of Aurum Health.
Prices are shown in Swedish Crowns (SEK). The conversion to Euro (EUR) or any other currency takes place automatically through your bank or payment provider. You can preliminary check an indicative equivalent in EUR or other currency via a currency converter.
To book a digital visit or consultation, a 150 SEK booking fee is included in the total price. This fee is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you’ll receive a refund for the remaining amount (the paid fee minus the booking fee). However, there’s no refund for cancellations or no-shows that occur after 24 hours.
For Fast Track prescriptions you pay only after our evaluation and only if we can help you. When the criteria are met, a payment link is sent. Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable.
